Mike is an awesome Yoga instructor. He is patient and provides variations of yoga poses for the different skill levels in the class.
Extremely welcoming instructor and fellow yogis. Since this was our first time at a Yoga class...it was very encouraging to have such awesome support and NO JUDGEMENT...ONLY GOOD VIBES.
