• The instructors are great, especially Emily Sheft and Sarah Reynolds. I'm lucky to have such a great Yoga studio with dedicated instructors available to me. I always look forward to practicing at Hot Yoga Lake Placid. I've recommended the classes to several people already. Thanks again!
