The hour flew by (Yin). Would've loved to have signed up for the Extended Yin session (obs booked up now) but am unable to make that afternoon. So hopefully more in the future.

Only because Sometimes (most times) other people who come to class are way too noisy and loud for me personally. It won’t stop me coming but I do try to stay out of its way!

This Yoga Centre is a beautifully peaceful, welcoming and nourishing place. It's run so well, is clean and easily accessible to anyone who wants to explore as a newbie, or deepen their existing practice. Teachers are friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. I love it there.
