Cat started with an excellent meditative intro that set an excellent example of how to open up one's Chakras. I followed what she was saying even though I had already opened my Chakras before she had started to talk.This being my eighth time with Cat and her singing bowls, it's the first time that I listened to her intro ( always busy working on my own Chakras ). Every time is an improvement on the last, in my experience. The more you do it the better it becomes! The atmosphere in the room was wonderful. All in all, precious time, very well spent. Thank you so much for a great evening.

I love the sound bowl which took place yesterday the 23rd of June. It is such a relaxing experience which helps both physically and mentally. I would urge anyone to try it out!

Great classes and instructors. Atmosphere is incredibly friendly and welcoming and there is a variety of classes for whatever people are interested in!
