• The environment, vibe, diverse; experienced instructors accumulate to produce a physical, mental, and spiritual experience for me. It's been more than stretching; which is a great reason to just start. The studio is amazing for all levels of yoga. It's the most challenging yoga I've ever experienced and I've gone to other gyms, classes, and you tube videos. It's also the most welcoming, accepting and experienced yoga studio I've been to or heard about. It's also super fun to see results and be able to do different poses more effectively. Not every day starts out a ten but after every class, my day is ten times better💕

• Kalaka's class was taught so well! So inclusive of all levels. I appreciated his calm, respect,attentiveness and obvious care for his students. The light level and heat level was just right. All in all a perfect class. Thanks! I felt so much less stressed after! What a gift!!!!

• Hot Yoga Club Chico is a community of individuals coming together to share health & wellness throughout the area. The staff is very knowledgeable, committed, kind & professional. The environment is always kept very clean as well.
