• I feel seen when I go to the classes. Months can go by when I'm not there because I live in Seattle but frequently visit when out of town. I enjoy the go at your own pace style of instruction, the cold towels at the end, and the supportive ambiance

• I would like hot yoga to do some face lift stuff like repaint trim/floorboards, replace air vent in the women’s bathroom/toilet. The painting is big. It seems the place is starting to look old and needs some attention. I would also suggest a stick vacuum to keep floors clean in all rooms including vacuuming of the main hot room to get up all the hair and such!!
