• I love this place! It feels like a true community! Every instructor knows your name, gives you feedback, but still makes it a safe place to show up as you are. I've healed so much, as a person! After starting here, I've had so much physical, emotional, and mental healing. Yoga has helped me show up and be stronger in all my life relationships. From work to personal connections, yoga, and everyone at there has been a big help! Therapy and exercise in one! With a lot of self acceptance. Much love 🩵
