• Teaching spin at the rec and a Chica state student that goes to yoga classes at the rec. It was a complete different experience very high-quality instructor was very knowledgeable. Taking one semester of yoga felt insufficient for the class but very challenging and enjoyed high-quality facilities.

• I chose this score because the lesson was at a very manageable pace, especially for a beginner. Also the communication in terms of presenting alternative positions while still maintaining continuity of the yoga experience and atmosphere was exceptional.
