• Comfortable non-covinoid atmosphere, the cold dreamy lavendery scented towel at the end, the kind, helpful, welcoming, non-judgmental teacher with my non-flexibility and lack of balance. The environment was nice. I've been in lots of pain from some kind of injury with excessive running so I'm thinking of joining for a while
