• It was very challenging. Definitely the most difficult and immersive yoga experience i have ever had. I chose the hot fusion class, and was unsure as to whether I would be able to finish. After pushing myself, however, I was able to dig deep and make it through the session. It was very rewarding making it through that. After the session I felt totally refreshed and loose. I had pulled a muscle in my lower back at the gym the week prior, and after the session the pain was totally gone! I will definitely be doing more hot yoga in the future :)
