• The instructors are excellent and lead a student through the yoga positions and even encourage adapting the poses accordingly. I have always wanted to join because I heard from my daughter that it's an excellent yoga studio. She was right.

• Very clean, relaxing atmosphere. Music was great and just the right volume. Did not interfere with instructor's voice which was very soothing, good speed, easy to follow. Instructor was very knowledgeable. I liked the flow of the asanas.
