• Autumn paces the class through each movement with calm, helpful directives. I always want to go back and see what I can do today. Autumn and Kalaka, in particular, do a good job balancing the encouragement for students to realize their potential and the grace of accepting what is accomplished today. All of the instructors at the club are good; all better in my opinion than the handful of the instructors I've experienced in other cities.
