I joined this month for the first time and have done 2 classes so far - one on Monday morning at 7am and one on Tuesday evening at 7:30pm (both slow flow classes). The studio is awesome, the teachers are fantastic and each have their own style which I really appreciate. I'm relatively new to yoga and am recovering from an injury and I just think you guys have smashed it it's excellent!

The class was very challenging, however the instructor was knowledgeable and led the class in a safe and considerable way lighting up the atmosphere with humor. I loved every minute of it.
