• It was my first experience with any type of yoga and I was anxious and hot spot yoga made the experience enjoyable and tough all at the same time

• The pre-class instruction was critical. I would have been quickly overwhelmed without it. There were so many obviously advanced participants that I would have been intimidated and felt frustrated and out of place Knowing I could stop at any time was very helpful and allowed me to participate to my limit without feeling like a failure.
