• The instructor was nurturing and motivating, complementary of everyone's ability no matter the level. I received a warm welcome upon arrival. Not to mention the health benefits I desperately needed. I went home, took an magnesium bath, drank some tulsi tea and slept like a stone ☺️ I'm going to use up my 10 Groupon classes as fast as I can and plan to continue after that as much as possible ❤️🙏

• i really enjoyed the atmosphere, the exercises, and the way you can really push yourself in the class. everyone is so welcoming and i just find it to be a really enjoyable workout class
