Nicole taught an amazing class. It was a great mix of beginner and advanced students, and all of us met beforehand so there was a camaraderie and sense ofcommunity from the outset. I got an incredible workout, and I released not only physical tension and stress, but a lot of emotional stuff too - especiallyduring pigeon. We don't realize how much emotion our body is holding I guess. The Baymeadows studio is great. I'm so glad I bought the Groupon this month.Clearly I need this!

The location is convenient. The space is peaceful. The instructors and the classes and the flow are awesome and what I need, and the lavender towel is EVERYTHING.
