I have been so impressed with this yoga community. I've been involved in yoga for more than a decade and happened to stumble on Hot Spot Baymeadows. They had a message of human connection, support, and happiness that I needed so deeply. (Not to mention the workout was killer!) I highly recommend trying out a class if you're interested.
