• Tiffany is the most amazing instructor I’ve ever experienced. Tiffany goes above and beyond to make all students feel welcome, safe and successful. Hope yoga studio feels inclusive to all no matter what their experience is. I appreciate the recognition to peoples trauma being worked on during classes, as I can benefit as well as so many others.

• Love the vibe, how the teachers weave education into the classes - poses, muscle names & purpose, mind body connection, encouragement of pushing yourself but not to overdo it.

• Everyone is so welcoming. Props and modifications make the classes accessible to everyone. I love the cute variety of clothes for sale. I also appreciate that the clothes come in sizes to accommodate everyone.
