• Being that I'm currently doing the 200 hour teacher training course and I have been studying under the same instructor for 7 years, the owner was very encouraging about practicing under different people even if I chose not to go with HOPE YOGA. This was very enlightening for me, something my current instructor has never said to me. I took those words and ran with it and had my first class with Lauren. Unbelievable, wonderful, I felt so light and airy when I left. I will be back and am planning on getting the monthly pass. Thank you so much for the words and experience. CHANGE is good!!!!!
