• All of the classes I have taken at Hope Yoga have been great. The instructors are caring, kind, and very supportive. Even if I'm having a hard day and struggling to do my best in class, I never feel ashamed or embarrassed to be there trying. The only thing I would like Hope Yoga to reflect on is their policy regarding missing a class. If you a buy a class package and miss a class, you get hit with three consequences (missing the class, loosing the class credit, and getting fined with a $20 fee). In my opinion that is fairly harsh.
