• It is a comforting, inviting and peaceful space. The staff are all very friendly. Katie is a wonderful instructor. I brought my 70 yr old mom to Katie's yin class; this was my mom's first class and she absolutely loved it. She said how relaxed she felt after & she had been anxious going in, thinking she wouldn't be able to do everything. But she did & Katie provided an assist as needed with the props. She also liked that the instruction provided for poses was very clear, audible and well described. Overall it was a really great experience.
