• Hi, I liked the atmosphere of the studio. It has a very peaceful, comforting vibe. I always feel like I don't know what I am doing in yoga classes and sometimes being in a class causes me anxiety. This is my own baggage, not the issue of the instructor. I was able to sit with that feeling and let it work through, and felt like the instructor had a supportive, kind energy. I love restorative/yin yoga and it was what I needed. Thank you for bringing such a gentle, lovely space to our community. Grateful for you. 🧡Kait
