• I enjoyed the beginners class and thought Stephanie was an excellent instructor. Something in her method made me able to do a tree pose on one of my legs for an extended time which I felt proud and happy to accomplish! Plus when I forgot my yoga mat they provided me with a mat that someone else had donated which I'm very thankful for. The receptionist was welcoming and cheerful. I felt safe with the Covid-19 policies the studio had in place. Overall a very positive first experience at Hope Yoga Studio!
