• The intensity and the flow of the yoga was perfect! It was just what I needed. Jackie does an amazing job of verbally coaching you through making minor adjustments in your body that have significant impact on your ability to move through and hold poses. The Astroturf is soft and comfortable. The only comment I would have is that my mat was partially on the orange line. There is a height difference in the Astroturf on either sides of the orange line and I moved my mat twice to try to feel like I was on more level ground. I would highly recommend that you let people know to not be even partially on that orange line. Thanks again, see you soon!
