• Tiffany did a great job of keeping the flow fast enough to warm up my joints and muscles but also slow enough to get a nice deep stretch. I also enjoyed the fact that the Matts are spaced out so that everyone can properly social distance

• Hannah's postnatal class was just what I needed. She is also a new mom and understands that stressors it's puts on your body and the difficulty of regaining strength. The class helped loosen up the tight muscles from carrying and infant. Hannah explained the importance of moves for regaining strength in your abdomen as she demonstrated them. I look forward to her class next week.
