• Haven't had too many opportunities to visit Hope Yoga over the holidays, and finally found my way to being able to attend back-to-back classes! Both Mel and Jackie led wonderful, "fill-your-cup" classes, one being more restorative and easing my way back into the practice after nearly a month (!!) off, and the other being more of a sweat session to release the toxins. I love coming back home to my body during classes at Hope, which Jackie reminded me of this morning, and look forward to all the classes to come, including at their new location opening next weekend in Westlake!
