• Hope Yoga is the best yoga studio I have been to. The yoga instructors are top notch. No matter how I show up, I always leave feeling much better.

• I don't mind at all ; I choose 10/10 because I felt welcomed into the space . Yoga in this area is very female dominated and in past experience I have felt a certain negative energy almost like a girls club only exclusion at other spaces . I didn't feel that at Hope ; I felt like the two teachers spoke to me as an equal person and didn't project "man hate " towards me . Also the instructors ability's to communicate was superior to what I have previously experienced. They were very descriptive verbally with explaining proper form , placement and giving rationals of why we do what we do regarding form , angles , internal external rotations of axis of motions / poses . This all matters to me along with the two instructors I spoke with seemed very emotionally and intellectually intelligent along with coming across as genuine , empathetic and authentic.
