• Mary was a great instructor! She gave a very thoughtful guided journaling/meditation practice before a wonderful yoga flow. She gives clear directions, demonstrates positioning with alternatives and offered an excellent playlist.

• Great atmosphere, instructor is professional and good. Talks loud so people in the back can hear 😃i understand the rules regarding COVID but I miss the help when the instructor walks around the room and guides you .
