Hope Floats

What a totally wholesome and enjoyable experience I had at Hope Floats. Shivone was the perfect concierge to my experience; answering all of my questions and setting me up with all the essentials for a fantastic floating session.
The float itself was a relaxing experience that left my body feeling jelly-esque and my mind like I was just on meditation retreat. I would recommend a float session to a person with chronic pain, sensory overload, or just need some time to themselves.

Place is immaculately clean, mellow and cool as hell.
I was quite reticent at first but the fella there was quite good at explaining at putting my wife and I at ease
The sauna was awesome
And the float....?
Well that was the coolest thing ever

I had read about float therapy online and it seemed interesting. One afternoon recently, I finished a meeting early and found Hope Floats on the same block. I walked in for some information and was greeted by their manager. She was very knowledgeable and very nice. She filled me in on the concept and suggested I give it a try. I was apprehensive at first, but figured "why not"? I am so glad I did. What a great experience. After 60 minutes of floating I felt more relaxed and invigorated than I have in a very long time. It's been 24 hours and I still feel great. I am hooked. Can't wait for my next float!

LOVED the Sauna and Floating at this place! It was so relaxing and decompressing that I can't wait to go back the staff was remarkably kind and helpful... HIGHLY recommended!!
