• You're a small operation with a personal feel. The owners (you) are friendly but don't push your service or product - in fact, you make it affordable which, for a person on limited income, is terrific. And Derrick, with whom I've now had 2 massages, is excellent. He's comfortable to be with and gives a great massage. The shop is clean, and I was very happy buying a couple of items to give as gifts after my massage. The quality of the lotion and candle is good, the packaging nice. It's a win-win!
