• I'm enjoying the Live Stream classes and can't wait to join you in person! I am missing some of the "after work" (6:15 and later) class options that seem more scarce lately... Slow Flow and Strong and Calm, especially. Even the Flow classes, but some offered now are very advanced (arm stands galore!) And they're just a little off-putting. 😣🥺
