Good selection of classes, great instructors and the owners are wonderful too
The staff and classes even during Covid-19
Virtual class was great. Teacher had great energy. But the class was very fast paced and without being able to see the students or instructor demos it was hard to keep up. Camera should face the class or more teacher demonstrations
Megan was a great instructor and I loved the option of outdoor yoga in the park!
