• I chose that score because 1) Germana is a specialist a successfully removed nearly all of the hair instead of having a bunch of random stubble to pluck later. 2) As a client, customer service and the people I trust with my body must always top of the line. My connection with Hermana was strong. It felt as though she cared about what I cared about and that it wasn't just a service. She was kind, patient, accommodating, understanding, human, and humane. It felt like family. 3) the communication with scheduling is always excellent 4) I consistently have positive experiences when I come there. So, I don't want to go to anyone else. I would rather fly from DC to Los Angeles to get waxed rather than just trust any random person.
