With some trepidation, I'm returning to yoga practice after a 14 year hiatus and found the team at HŌMTOWN Yoga to be friendly and welcoming. So, despite my anxiousness about the entire process and my lack of physical preparedness, I will keep coming back until I'm no longer the big, sweaty guy in the back row! 🙏🏻🧘🏼♂️✌🏻
