Excellent class with a superb instructor. The video quality was very good as well for virtual participation.
Love the outdoor yoga classes. I think I'm also ready to try some of the indoor classes, as long as the doors are open and there is some ventilation in the room
I liked the class I did - virtually- I thought the practice was both unique and challenging -
It was a wonderfully strengthening class - I enjoyed it very much!!
