HOME Yoga has incredibly talented and kind instructors and a warm, welcoming community. Can't imagine practicing yoga anywhere else.
There is a good variety of classes. The teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. The instructions are clear and designed to help protect vulnerable muscles. The pace is both challenging and accessible.
