We almost had a 10/10m experience as the staff were truly wonderful. The only issue we had was at the pool. There were no towels, we had to make a number of calls to house keeping staff and reception and very unruly young children. We had to move out of the spa as despite us asking the children to stop jumping into the pool near us, they and their parents ignored us.It was not relaxing at all which is a shame!
