• * Fantastic & safe workout. Don’t think twice, just book a class & go! * Owners Christine & Jared are both excellent instructors & really nice people. There is attention to detail to keep correct Pilates form during class & engage core, maintain posture, protect back That’s very important for me with a bad back . Studio is pleasant, spacious, well equipped with Reformers (Cycling, Cardio Sculpt & Yoga too) . Clean washroom & showers. Super job expanding the space.
