• I came for a 2-hr therapeutic massage on my birthday and left feeling great. Mona was the MT who took care of me. She made me feel welcomed and cared for. Services and prices were posted online. Booking was quick and easy. One thing that could be improved was friendliness of front desk staff toward new customers. When I came in, the staff said hello then seemed more interested in getting back to a conversation with her coworker. I felt lost for a moment and had to ask for clarification on the next step. In contrast, I received better service when I checked out and interacted with a different staff. She was friendly and took the time to explain charges and daily specials. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I will come back and have recommended your spa to my family.
