• I had one of the best massages ever from Helen. I had back surgery 18 months ago and was hesitant about getting a massage after that. I explained to Helen about my surgery and where the location was and she understood well. The massage was relaxing and she explained what stretches I could do to keep my back from hurting after sitting all day at work. Great job!
