I loved Courtney's class so much! Even as a first timer, her instructions and transitions were so good. I especially appreciated her hands on adjustments to ensure my safety and to get the most out of the workout. Her workout was so challenging but in a good way. She was also super inviting and friendly from the moment I stepped inside.
