The overall experience was magical. I found information online. I love the variety of class types and was impressed with the scholarship and work options. The information prepared me for my experience at the building. There was information about parking. Upon arrival, there was signage on the door with a number to call. The teacher arrived, introduced herself and greeted me warmly showing me what to do. She was amazing at her art (hatha yoga) She remembered to share introductory information with me including location of restroom... history of the building, encouraged looking around the lobby and explained the unique trunk, introducing me to others in leadership- pointing out photos on the wall. The technology was all set up and worked smoothly. The temperature was comfortable and building clean. Everything was beautiful, inspired by an a cent feminine charm. She remembered to get the paperwork done. It was all thorough, efficient, comfortable and smooth- and magical ;)
