The instructor has been amazing, patient accommodating, paying attention to us to make sure we are getting it right and supporting us through the exercises all with a smile. The classes have been pretty amazing. We have been surprised and what parts of our bodies have been aching and how much of a work out it's been and we are pretty happy with that because it's what we've been looking for.
