A number of reasons Carla and her team of instructors have been incredibly instructive and supportive to me from my first HIIT class They are focused and committed to the practice which is inspiring They are flexible in suggesting modifications throughout classes which for me has been instrumental in continuing with the studio I'm very grateful that i have found HIIT Pilates and I hope it will be a long term commitment
