My one and only regret in life is not attending HIIT Pilates years ago because I find every single class exhilarating, life giving and physically rewarding. Participating in HITT Pilates provides an enormous sense of well-being where instructors are always encouraging and supportive regardless of one's fitness level or age. My time at HITT Pilates is the best 'me time' ever. I am getting stronger and fitter and that's great.
