30 minute circuit training designed to incinerate fat and get you blood pumping comprised of bodyweight, barbell, dumbbell, plyometric circuits and speed, agility and quickness drills.
Hour long, personal training session for a small group of people from 3-4.
30 minute boxing mittwork session. 6 rounds @ 3 minutes of work and 1 of rest, medicine ball, battle rope and bodyweight circuit.
