• I feel High Brow Lash Bar is a 10. When you walk in the funk sway is magnificent... The beautiful scents, the soft music, the cleanliness of the salon is impeccable.. The front desk gal Stephanie is so kind. Technicians are so kind also and there work is Amazing. All of the gals there do wonderful work. They make sure you are satisfied when you walk out of there.
