I love the variety of the workouts! Carmine is an outstanding trainer and motivator. He makes sure everyone has proper form, explains not only HOW to do the exercises, but WHY we are doing them and what muscle groups we are working. HSD is a great gym with a family feel! Great trainers and great athletes!!
