It was my first time attending a class. I have been there before training for Deka Strong, but not for a class. I had a good impression since the beginning with the gym being an open concept space with equipments everywhere. Everything is very efficient and functional. Coach Carmine received me as if I was a regular member and I did the partner workout with Steve, who not only guided me in every step but also encourage me to succeed. I'm very satisfied and I can wait to come back soon. 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏
