• Erika was amazing. I'll admit, I became REALLY upset with Hideaway almost 2 years ago for their way they treated me as a customer. I felt if I'm willing to spend the money, have an appointment towards the end of the day and walk up on employees saying "I needed to hurry up". It was really discouraging to know that i was spending my hard earned money to relax with y'all and to be treated as such, and feeling like I was getting mediocre service for high prices. I was feeling forgivable so I decided to try it again on Friday the 11th of June. Erika really changed around my experience, she did an amazing job helping me relax. I even told her she helped release my tension headache I had. My skin was looking pretty rough with COVID as I work in medical, stress, new medication etc. And she helped me gain confidence back.
